Terms of Service

parkshare.work is provided by PARK SHARE, an Australian business operated by Steven Townsend, ABN 93 554 843 833(“Park Share”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

You must use the service lawfully and only for workplace parking administration or another purpose agreed with us.

Organisation administrators are responsible for managing their members, parking information, allocation settings, and access to their organisation's account.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, access another organisation's data, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

You are responsible for access performed through your account and for keeping your email account and authentication factors secure.

If you create or administer an account for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to provide the information submitted on its behalf.

Current plan inclusions and standard prices are published on the Park Share website. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Paid subscriptions are billed for the period selected or stated in an accepted quote. Unless otherwise agreed, you may cancel before the next billing period to prevent renewal. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

We may change future pricing or plan inclusions by giving reasonable notice. A change will not retrospectively alter a paid subscription period.

Your organisation retains ownership of the information it submits to the service. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and back up that information to provide and maintain the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to provide member information to Park Share and for giving any notices required within your workplace.

We aim to keep Park Share available and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may change the service to improve security, reliability, or functionality. We will provide reasonable notice where a material change is likely to substantially reduce a paid feature.

Park Share assists organisations with parking decisions based on the settings and information supplied to it. Organisation administrators remain responsible for reviewing allocation outcomes and deciding whether they are appropriate for their workplace, including accessibility, safety, and employment obligations.

We retain ownership of Park Share, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and underlying allocation methods. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your account or subscription period.

You may give us feedback. If you do, we may use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, investigate misuse, address non-payment, or comply with law. Where practical, we will notify the organisation administrator and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

On termination, you may request access to or deletion of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain information where required by law or reasonably needed to resolve a dispute.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, Park Share is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete customer-supplied information, or workplace decisions made using an allocation result.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by email or within the service. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
