Organisation name and logo
Set the name and logo for your organisation. The name appears around the app, and the logo is used on branded emails such as invites and allocation summaries, so members recognise mail from ParkShare at a glance.
Require MFA for all members
When this is on, every member must enrol two-factor authentication before they can use the app. Turn it on if your organisation treats the car park system as internal tooling that should be protected like anything else.
Give people notice
Members who have not yet enrolled will be asked to set up two-factor next time they sign in. Let your team know before switching this on so nobody is locked out on allocation day.
Require approval for park requests
With this on, a member's park request does not affect the allocation straight away. It waits for an admin decision first — you will see it on Admin → Requests.
Without approval required, requests go straight through and can immediately affect who gets bays. Available on Standard and Pro plans; on Free, requests cannot be made into fully-allocated days at all.
Auto-run: the weekday allocation
- 1Choose the weekday the allocation runs automatically — for example Monday morning, before the working week starts.
- 2Toggle 'notify members' to decide whether the run emails everyone with their result.
Plan gate
Auto-run is a Standard and Pro feature. On Free, run the allocation manually from Admin → Allocations — see allocation/running-weekly-allocation.
After any run you get a notification summary: emails sent and failed, SMS counts where enabled, and webhook delivery status if you have connected an integration.
SMS notifications
This toggle turns SMS on or off for the whole organisation. It is available on Standard and Pro plans only — on Free the option is not available.
Enrolment is per member
Turning SMS on does not sign everyone up automatically — each member enrols their own mobile number. Point them to sms/member-sms-enrolment.
Webhooks: Slack and Microsoft Teams
- 1Paste your webhook URL into the webhook field.
- 2Choose the type: Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- 3Use the test button to check the connection delivers a message.
Webhooks receive allocation summaries only — weekly aggregate counts (spaces allocated, members served, unallocated days) posted straight into your team chat. No member-level detail is included. Setup details and troubleshooting are in notifications/email-and-webhooks.
Other settings pages
Settings is one of the admin-only pages. Related admin areas live elsewhere: Members (admin/managing-members), Spaces, Access Tokens (admin/access-tokens) and your plan (admin/plans-and-limits).
